Lyndsi Patton, M.A., BCBA

VP Clinical Services

Aspects of what we do as behavior analysts were of interest to me at a young age. I remember intently observing people in my surroundings when I was quite young.  In middle school, I shared an hour bus ride with children diagnosed with development and intellectual disabilities. I valued those relationships greatly and I knew immediately, that was what I wanted to do.  The winding path from that day to present has added unimaginable challenges and rewards further invigorating my desire to make a difference. Originally certified as a BCaBA in 2003, the years have offered a range of experiences working with age groups 2 through adulthood and experience stretching from early intervention to intensive behavioral services requiring 24-hour supervision. I have a natural gravitation to the mind that is diverse, and have experienced the joys of reaching goals alongside remarkable individuals. I graduated with both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Florida. Directly following my B.A. degree, I worked as a therapist at The Jericho School. Dr. Lucker was a consultant for the school and became my mentor.  I then worked under Dr. Kim Lucker of Behavior Management Consultants for six years, followed by over four enlightening years with The May Institute. I moved (with sunny bells on!) from Florida to work with People’s Care Behavioral Health in July of 2013. I am proud to be a part of a team that exemplifies my verve for the field of Behavior Analysis and navigating the complex world of Autism.

Outside of work I enjoy water sports, extreme sports, and outdoor fun in general. My favorite part of living in CA is that you can make it to the coast and the mountains in the same day!
